6. Product Warranty

All Gemstone Lights™ products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which includes:

Lifetime warranty on lights (LEDs) — tested lifespan of approximately 50,000 hours.
10-year warranty on parts — controllers, tracks, connectors, and cables.
Transferable warranty — valid once within 10 years of installation.

Warranty registration must be completed within 30 days of installation.
Labor warranties are valid for one year from the installation date, unless otherwise specified.

7. Scheduling and Installation

Project scheduling is based on availability and weather conditions.
Customers must ensure:

Any pre-existing conditions are disclosed before installation.

Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather or access issues) will be rescheduled promptly.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Spectrum Lighting Inc. offers no refunds after installation has begun.
Customers may cancel a project before installation scheduling without penalty.
Refunds for deposits or prepaid amounts are handled on a case-by-case basis if the project is canceled prior to materials being ordered.
